Police are investigating the report of 17 valuable animals that were taken from a shed in Carrickmore.
9 black aberdeen angus bulls and eight black heifers were taken from the farm on Tiroony Road.
It's understood the family who own the cattle, live a number of miles away from the farm.
The animals reportedly went missing between 8.30pm on Thursday and 9am on Friday.
Between 2am and 3am on Friday morning, a tractor and trailer were also spotted in the area.
Police are particularly keen to hear from its driver and would like for them to get in touch.
Witnesses or anyone with information are also asked to come forward.
