A 19-year-old man has been arrested in north Belfast on suspicion of a number of offences including attempted murder.
It follows an incident where a man was stabbed at a property in Annesley Street yesterday.
The victim was taken to hospital with what police have described as serious injuries.
Another man and a woman were threatened at knifepoint in the Vicanage Park and Cranburn Street areas.
