Tools valued at £5,000 have been stolen from a transit van at the Tamnamore Park and Ride facility near Dungannon.
It happened sometime between 6am and 6pm last Thursday (September 1).
The theft included nail guns and saws.
Police say all valuable items should be kept out of sight. And the public should report any suspicious activity.
Police in Dungannon are appealing to anyone with any information about the theft to contact them.
