Up to 8,000 jobs are to be created in Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon by 2026, the council's revealed.
The jobs will be supported by a quarter-of-a-billion pounds pledged through public private partnership initiatives.
Council leaders showcased development prospects to around a hundred UK investors at an event in London last night.
The presentation included investment opportunities in hotels, retail, leisure and offices.
