An activist who lost a court battle against the Carlingford Ferry development has told Q Radio she was "illegally evicted" from her home.
Christine Gibson took the council and DAERA to court over claims planning approval didn't consider environmental impact.
In court she argued a proper impact assessment on wildlife and the shoreline hadn't been carried out.
She was appealing a previous ruling against dismissal of a judicial review.
Soon after losing in court, Christine says she was given just fifteen days to move out of her home of four years near the Greencastle terminal.
She told Q Radio she's been ostracised since taking legal action:

Since this story was broadcast, a formal notice to quit her property has been hand delivered to Christine Gibson, giving her the required 28 days notice.
