The Air Ambulance has been sent to the scene of a crash involving a motorbike in Kilkeel.
Two crews of paramedics have also been tasked to the Newry Road which has been left shut this afternoon.
A spokesperson said : "The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service received a 999 call at 13:06 on Monday 23 July 2018 following reports of a road traffic collision involving a motorcycle on the Newry Road, Kilkeel.
"NIAS has despatched two Emergency Ambulance crews to the scene. The Charity Air Ambulance was also tasked to the incident.
"Following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, one patient was taken to Daisy Hill Hospital by ambulance, and a second was airlifted to the Royal
Victoria Hospital with serious injuries."
