Antrim's Holywell Hospital is expensive to run, unfit-for-purpose and must be replaced as soon as possible.
That's according to Assemblyman Roy Beggs who recently toured the 120 year old facility.
He backs the preferred option of a new-build mental health unit, close to Antrim Area Hospital.
But capital investment to take this forward is a long way from approval.
