The Family Nurse Partnership has been launched across the Northern Trust area.
This is a new, free programme offering support to mums-to-be under 20 years old in Cookstown and Magherafelt.
The programme consists of over 60 home visits over the two year period. This support is in addition to their routine midwife appointments during pregnancy.
