A fire at a block of flats in Coleraine is being treated as arson.
The alarm was raised in the Beresford Court area around 2 this morning.
It's understood the blaze started in a top corner flat and 6 fire engines attended the scene.
There are no reports of any injuries.
Group Commander Tom Morrow said "Some of the accommodation is no longer fit for purpose, so authorities are looking after five of the residents until the Housing Executive, is able to find them alternative accommodation."
