A brain injury survivor is welcoming a cash boost for Head Injury Support in Newry.
The charity in Kildare Street was kickstarted by Moya Murphy's parents when she suffered a brain bleed.
Moya, a Rostrevor mother-of-one, spent two weeks on life support, after collapsing.
Her parents were told she'd need twenty-four hour care.
But eleven years on, she's walking, talking and encouraging others facing similar circumstances.
"If my experience inspires one other person to hope that will be enough. But I've had more than one and that's still not enough, I want everyone to know that life can be so much better."
The Lottery Fund contributed £179,000.
