A diabetic woman whose Lucozade bottle was confiscated at a Belfast concert has been awarded £2000, by Belfast County Court, for discrimination.
Kayla Hanna went to a Red Hot Chili Peppers gig in August 2016, and was told by Eventsec security staff she couldn't take her glucose supplement through the gates.
That's despite showing guards her Type-1 diabetes tattoo, as well as her insulin pack and meter to check her levels.
The 20-year-old's told Q Radio she was scared she could possibly collapse and lose consciousness.
Kayla was supported by the Equality Commission in bringing her case.

Kayla's tattoo indicates her Type-1 diabetes.
