Families across Newry and Armagh are "dire straits" because of the HMRC and Concentrix fiasco.
That's from local MP Mickey Brady.
It follows revelations that the firm lost the Revenue and Customs contract.
Tax credits have been delayed and Mr Brady's calling for HMRC to "get control" of the situation.
