A replacement for the former Linton and Robinson building in Strabane has been announced.
House Proud furnishings Ltd has confirmed they'll be taking over the building at Abercorn Square later this year.
The company already has seven stores across the country, including one in Omagh, Ballymena and Belfast.
Aswell as stocking all household items and furniture, House Proud will be bringing a number of jobs to the town, however the exact number is unknown at the minute.
The building itself is iconic in the town of Strabane as Linton and Robinson were based there for almost 60 years.
They closed down four years ago after going into administration.
