A South Armagh farmer has escaped jail despite his role in fuel laundering.
Forty-nine year-old Francis Gregory from Crossmaglen was given a six-month suspended sentence.
HM Revenue found more than eighteen-thousand litres of contaminated fuel in Mr Gregory's shed.
He was convicted in May of possession of a shed and equipment used in fuel laundering.
Newry Crown Court, sitting in Belfast, heard that Mr Gregory was "under significant pressure'' to allow his shed to be used.
