Police in Mid Ulster are investigating a report of a hit and run RTC that occurred on Thursday, 8th February at around 6pm.
An elderly female was crossing at the top of Quarry Lane in Dungannon, towards the hospital when a vehicle collided with her in the middle of the road.
This lady was later taken to hospital and suffered a cracked vertebrae, leg injuries and severe bruising.
According to PSNI, "a male driving a red car stopped and asked was the lady ok, however he left the scene.
"Police are trying to identify this male to assist our enquiries."
