A 29-year-old Lithuanian man will appear at Craigavon Magistrates Court this morning on a number of sexual offence charges, including rape.
The suspect was extradited from the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius, under a european warrant.
He was brought to Northern Ireland by PSNI extradition officers yesterday.
The man also faces charges of sexual assault and grievous bodily harm following an incident in Lurgan in 2011
