A man in his eighties has been thrown to the floor by two men during a suspected burglary in Lurgan.
The pair forced entry into the house in the Trasna Way area, sometime between 8pm and 8.10pm.
After assaulting the pensioner, the suspects ransacked the house before leaving the scene.
It's not known at this time, what and if anything was taken.
The man was not physically injured but was left badly shaken as a result of the ordeal.
A woman who was in the house at the time was untouched but was also left very shocked.
A spokesperson for the PSNI says, "this was a despicable act, and I am appealing to anyone with information they believe may assist our investigation to get in touch."
