Staff from the Northern Regional College will be cycling between the five campuses in five hours.
It takes place this Friday.
The cycle starts at the Newtownabbey campus at 9am, then the participants make their way to Ballymena, Magherafelt, Ballymoney and Coleraine.
All money raised is going to Helping Hand - the charity of the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.
A Just Giving page has been set up to enable people to donate.
