Magherafelt’s Rainey Street will soon get a new lease of life.
That’s after plans for new retail units were approved at Monday night’s planning meeting.
Eleven apartments also form part of the development plans.
The new development is situated at 39 Rainey Street.
Spearheading the project is Glenmark Developments.
