Two people have died in a road crash in Co Antrim.
The man and woman were travelling in a Cupra Formentor that was involved in a collision with a Skoda Fabia in Glenavy.
The crash on the Lurgan Road happened around 6.25pm on Saturday.
The man and woman, who were the only occupants of the Cupra, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The male driver of the Skoda was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries.
The Lurgan Road remained closed on Sunday morning.
The PSNI has appealed to any witnesses to come forward. Officers are also keen to hear from anyone who may have digital footage from the area at the time.
Lisburn and Castlereagh councillor Gary McCleave said: “This is heartbreaking news for the loved ones of both people who lost their lives.”
