A thirty-five year-old man has been charged in relation to an incident when a car with two young children inside was stolen.
It happened on Boucher Crescent in Belfast yesterday evening at around 5.25pm.
Some of the charges are kidnapping, aggravated vehicle taking causing injury, common assault, and driving when unfit through drink or drugs.
He's due to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court on the morning of Monday 27th February.
