Four men break into a house in the early hours of Thursday morning
A man in his 20's was assaulted in the Elms Park area of Coleraine in the early hours of Thursday morning (15th September) during an aggravated burglary. Police made an appeal for information after four men forced their way into a house at around 12:25am.
One of the intruders was armed with a hammer, while another was armed with a hatchet. A second occupant was in the house at the time but was uninjured. Police ask that anybody who may have any information on the incident, contact them on the non emergency 101 number.
