A man has been attacked and mugged by three men in Bangor.
He was hit in the head before he fell to the ground on Dufferin Avenue on Thursday night before his cash, a mobile and jewellery were stolen.
Detective Sergeant Melanie McGrory said: "We received a report from a man aged in his 20’s, that whilst walking on Dufferin Avenue between 9pm and 10pm on Thursday evening, he was struck to the back of the head and knocked over.
"He was further assaulted when on the ground by three males who took a sum of cash, a phone and jewellery from him before making off on foot. The man suffered cuts and bruising as a result of the incident.
"I would appeal to anyone with any information about this incident to contact detectives in Bangor on 101 quoting reference number 1062 03/06/17 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
