Police have charged a 29 year old man with two counts of permitting display of anything provocative, following an incident involving a window display.
It's believed to have happening in the Chamberlain Street area of Derry/Londonderry back in October of this year.
The man is due to appear at Londonderry Magistrate Courts on Wednesday 3rd January.
As is normal procedure all charges are reviewed by the PPS.
