A man has been charged with child abduction after a teenage girl went missing from Cookstown.
She disappeared on Sunday before returning home the next day.
The 22-year-old accused is due before Omagh Magistrates Court.
In a statement the PSNI said: "As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service."
