A man is due in court charged with arson endangering life in connection with a fire in Derry/Londonderry.
it happened at a vacant flat on Richmond Avenue on Monday evening.
The 47 year old suspect is expected to appear before the city/s magistrates court this morning.
A PSNI spokesperson said, "As is usual procedure the charge will be reviewed by the PPS."
