Two men have been arrested following an assault in County Antrim
A man in his 20's sustained head injuries when he was attacked with a hammer in Glenaan Park, Kells, around 7pm yesterday, Sunday 12 March.
He's not believed to have sustained any life threatening injuries.
The men aged 20 and 24, were detained a short time after the incident and remain in custody at this time.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the assault or who may have any information relating to it, to get in touch by calling 101.
