A 28 year-old man is in a critical condition in hospital after being attacked by a gang of men at a house in Derry Londonderry.
It happened in the Cornshell Fields area around 2am this morning.
Three other men and two women, who were also in the house at the time, were not injured.
Four men believed to have been involved in the incident, fled the scene in a Grey Volkswagen golf.
