No coronavirus related deaths in Northern Ireland in past 24 hours

There have been no further coronavirus related deaths reported in the past 24 hours, according to the Department of Health. 

The department's death toll remains at 2,098. 

143 individuals have tested positive for covid-19 since yesterday, from 1,325 tests. 

There are currently 180 people in hospitals across Northern Ireland with coronavirus. 

23 of those patients are in intensive care units, 18 of whom are on ventilators. 

Meanwhile, the average 7 day infection rate per 100,000 in Northern Ireland is 69.7. 

The area with the highest infection rate remains Mid Ulster on 90.8 per 100,000, while the lowest remains Fermanagh and Omagh on 35.1
