The farming community here's concerned after DAERA announced an online-only application system.
DAERA notified them by letter that postal applications for Single Farm Payments will no longer accepted.
Farmer and local councillor Terry Hearty says they're not against the new system.
He added a lot of the rural community simply don't have the broadband to apply online:
