Q Radio understands there are a number of casualties after a bus and a tractor crashed on the Belfast Road in Newtownards earlier.
The road has been shut through rush hour as emergency crews deal with what's happened.
Drivers are being urged to avoid the area.
A spokesperson for the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said: "(We) received a 999 call at 16:07 on Monday 16 July 2018 following reports of a road traffic collision involving a bus and a tractor on the Belfast Road, Newtownards.
"NIAS have despatched one Rapid Response Paramedic, one Paramedic Officer and two Emergency Ambulance crews to the scene.
"This is an ongoing incident and no further information is available at this time.
