Pensioner dies in hospital as a result of injuries sustained in road traffic collision in Portadown

A pensioner has died in hospital as a result of injuries sustained in a road traffic collision in Portadown.

74 year-old John McKee was travelling on the Northway on Sunday the 4th of August when the crash happened.

His wife, Sylvia who was also in the car, died at the scene.

The couple were from the Portadown area.

A 54 year old man arrested at the scene is currently on police bail - pending further enquiries
