A 57-year-old man has died after a road traffic collision on the A26.
It happened on the Crankill Road carriageway at its junction with the Kildowney Road, near Glarryford, at around 6:30pm yesterday.
Police are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a white van who was believed to be in the vicinity at the time.
The road has now reopened.
