Tools have been stolen from a van at the Maghera Park and Ride.
The thieves struck on Monday, 12th June, sometime between 6am and 5pm. However, police have just released details.
They say they have seen an increased in reports of thefts from vehicles at these parking facilities.
They’ve stepped up their patrols.
And they’re also asking drivers to take responsibility.
They say van drivers can be an easy target and they’re asking them to remove items of value before leaving it.
Police carried out a leaflet drop at both the Maghera and Castledawson park and ride facilities.
