A ruling is expected later on whether a controversial report into the Loughinisland Massacre should be thrown out.
The Ombudsman ruled police officers colluded with the loyalist gunmen who killed 6 catholic men in 1994.
That report was found to be "unsustainable in law" and two officers are trying to get it quashed.
Last week a judge in Belfast deferred the case so he could receive further legal submissions.
There's due to be a further hearing on the matter this morning where we're expecting to hear a judgement.
