Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon PCSP has organised a Safeguarding your Business Online event, in partnership with Ulsterbank, RBS Security and PSNI.
A spokesperson for the PCSP branch said:
"This will deliver important messages on Cyber Security, inlcuding how to keep your business safe online, spot fraud and bank safely.
"Not only is it important to protect your business from online fraud, but with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) deadline on 25th May 2018, it is also crucial to understand how to to keep your business complaint if you hold customer information."
This Safeguarding event will take place on Thursday 8th February in Craigavon Civic Centre, from 8-11am with breakfast included.
Local Barrister, owned of Briefed (specialised services in GDPR training, consultancy, compliance and certification) and GDPR expert Orlagh Kelly will deliver some of the key factors to consider when holding customer data in order to keep compliant and avoid fines.
