There's a security alert on the Ballylough Road near Castlewellan.
It follows the discovery of a suspicious object yesterday.
Police say homes have been evacuated and a section of the road closed.

A PSNI spokesperson said: Police are currently at a security alert on the Ballylough Road outside Castlewellan following the discovery of a suspicious object earlier today.
A section of the Ballylough Road has been closed and a number of homes in the area evacuated. There are no further details available at this time.
