Police have appealed for information after the grounds of a Strabane Primary School were damaged in an overnight attack.
Officers were called to St Catherine's Primary School on Monday 23rd January following reports that someone had entered the grounds.
At some time over the weekend unknown persons entered the school and caused damage to the nursery playground and a sensory garden built by the children.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said:
"The children have been left shaken and upset by this and the nursery children could not go into their playground on Monday.
"If you have any information in relation to this matter please contact Police on 101."
