A foxhound type dog is believed to be behind the recent spare of sheep attacks in Kildress.
A large numbers of sheep have been killed or injured as a result of attacks.
They’ve occurred on the Drum Road, Flo Road, and Tulnacross Road.
A number of sheep had to be put down due to the severity of their injuries.
The dog has apparently been roaming around since Christmas.
Mid Ulster District Council’s Environmental Health service is appealing for information on the dog which is thought to be brown.
