Storm Dudley is set to batter Northern Ireland today with a Met Office amber rain and wind warning in place along the north coast from 4pm until midnight.
A yellow weather warning is in place for the rest of the region from 3pm until tomorrow morning.
People are being warned not to visit forests or country parks because of strong and disruptive winds.
Forecasters have also warned that coastal areas will be hit by large waves.
