A temporary walkway reconnecting Belfast's Royal Avenue to Donegall Place is opening today.
The area had been cordoned off because of safety concerns after the Primark fire back in August.
McDonalds, Argento, and Sketchers have all been given the green light to re-open their doors.
Spar will also re-open tomorrow.
Primark is also due to reopen at Commonwealth House this weekend.
