Two men aged 24 and 30 have been arrested in connection with reports of creeper style burglaries in north Belfast.
The first incident happened at a house in Merryfield Drive on Monday at around 6am.
Entry was gained to the property and money, a Samsung laptop, an iPad device and car keys for a grey Honda Jazz car were taken.
The car was taken and later found locked at the Henderson Avenue area.
Meanwhile, sometime between 8.30pm and 9.30pm yesterday, entry was gained to another house in the Upper Cavehill Road area and a silver VW Eos was stolen.
The vehicle was later found at the Silverstream Park area in the north of the city.
Police say they spotted two men leaving the car and were arrested at the scene in connection with the incident.
The PSNI believes the two incidents are linked.
The two suspects were detained on suspicion of two counts of burglary, two counts of aggravated taking and driving away, disqualified driving and no insurance.
Both men are currently assisting police with their enquiries.
