A tight knit community has been left in shock after two brothers from the McErlean family in Maghera passed away with a day of each other.
Dermot and John McErlean were known through their taxi business which they inherited from their father.
Dermot, who was 74, died on Monday after a short illness. His funeral takes place this morning.
His 72 year-old brother John was admitted to hospital hours afterwards and passed away yesterday morning. He will be laid to rest tomorrow (Thursday).
Dermot’s wife Una has been speaking candidly to Q Radio.
