Two men arrested in connection with attempted murder of police officers in Strabane

Two men have been arrested in relation to the attempted murder of police officers in Strabane in March.

It's after a device detonated in Townsend Street area of the town last month.

Searches have been carried out at two properties in the Strabane and Omagh areas, and the suspects were arrested as a result.

The men have been taken to Musgrave Serious Crime Suite for questioning.
