Two 15-year-old girls have been robbed at knifepoint while waiting at a bus stop in Ballymena.
A man demanded money from the teenagers in the Ballymoney Road area just before six o'clock last night.
Police say the man in his 40s made off on foot with a small sum of cash.
He is described as being of heavy build, 5”6’ in height, with balding dark, brown hair and stubble around his face and was reportedly wearing a dark, blue woolly jumper and blue denim jeans.
The man is reported to have spoken with a local accent.
The girls were not injured but have been left badly shaken by the ordeal.
