A public consultation has been launched by the Western Health and Social Care Trust on its draft Corporate Plan 2017-2021.
Views from a range of stakeholders, including staff, service users, partner organisations and the public, will be taken into account.
The plan sets out the strategic direction and priorities for the trust over the next four years.
The Trust serves a population of approximately 300,000 from throughout the Derry City and Strabane District Council, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council and Limavady in the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area.
The Corporate Plan Consultation Document along with details on how to respond is available to download on the Western Health and Social Care Trust website http://www.westerntrust.hscni.
The consultation will run for 12 weeks, closing on Friday 24th February at 12pm.
