The Western Health and Social Care Trust’s (Western Trust) Health Improvement, Equality and Involvement Department, have published their latest training brochure.
This brochure offers free training courses taking place right across the Trust between September 2018 and March 2019.
A spokesperson for the Western Trust says, "As a department we target health inequalities within the West and aim to improve the health and wellbeing of all people who live and work within the Trust area.
"The service works directly with staff and the public, as well as in partnership with other statutory, voluntary and community organisations.
"We aim to build on the skills and capacity of people to deliver quality, effective health improvement programmes; co-ordinate and facilitate health improvement activities and provide information and advice."
The brochure outlines the various training courses in relation to the trust's health and wellbeing agenda.
Some of those available includes, 'Choose to Lose', Digital Safeguarding, Falls Prevention and Mental Health First Aid.
Anyone interested in registering for the training can complete and return an application form here: http://www.westerntrust.hscni.net/pdf/HIEI%20Training%201819.pdf
