Thirty five young people have taken part in an eight week programme of drama and art with Team Aspie.
It was run by Mid Ulster District Council, in partnership with youth arts organisation WheelWorks.
This collaboration has allowed young participants with Aspergers to access a programme of artistic activity.
The young people concluded the programme by presenting their visual art to family and friends, and showcasing a performance entitled “Until All the Pieces Fit”.

This performance was informed by issues that affect the teenagers, ultimately challenging perceptions and showing inclusion in everyday life.
Chair of Mid Ulster District Council, Councillor Trevor Wilson says this programme has had a positive impact on all the young participants. I would like to commend the tutors for all their hard work over the last 8 weeks”
