Derry City F.C. move up to third spot after win over Longford

Derry City came back in fighting form on Saturday after their exit from the FAI Cup.

They won 3-2 against Longford after Rory Patterson scored two goals inside two minutes. 

The Candy Stripes now sit third in the league table, two points ahead of Shamrock Rovers.

If the team can hold on to third spot they will secure a place in the Europa League.
