Derry City supporters were awarded the SSE Airtricity League Supporters Contribution Award this week.
The club suffered the loss of their Captain, Ryan McBride earlier in the year but the way the club came together was recognised.
They supported each other and joined to remember their Captain in an extremely distinguished fashion.
The community work done by the club and its supporters over the season has been commendable, which is why they've received the unique award.
